Andreas Link is the Team Lead of the Economics Unit in the Policy Division of Ontario’s Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF). Andreas also volunteers on the executive board of the non-profit Canadian Society for Ecological Economics (CANSEE) as its past president. He previously worked in the Deputy Minister’s Office (MNRF) as a Senior Policy Advisor as well for the Species at Risk Branch as a Species at Risk Economist. Prior to this he has worked as an economist in a planning consulting firm, in a transportation planning department as well as the finance industry. His undergraduate degree was in economics at both Wilfred Laurier University and York University. He has studied planning and ecological economics at York University’s Faculty of Environmental Studies. Andreas lives in Hamilton, Ontario.
